How can I contact you?

Where is my order?

All our parcels are sent on a tracked courier service. Please contact us at modocreations@gmail.com for an update. Please provide your contact details and order number.

Can I contact the couriers?

Some couriers have customer service departments who will be happy to help you.

You will need your parcel or tracking number to hand - if you don't know yours please email us on modocreations@gmail.com

We will then be able to advise you of the correct number to call if you wish to speak to the carrier.

My item is damaged/faulty, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item please contact us at modocreations@gmail.com.

We will look into it as soon as possible and may ask you to send photos of the item.

We will replace free of any charge items that are damaged or lost in transit, provided stocks are available. If a replacement cannot be offered we will refund the full cost of the order.

We reserve the right to test the product before refunding or replacing.

Do you price match?

We are very competitively priced and do not offer a price match.

How long will it take to answer my email?

We aim to answer all emails within 2 working days however we are usually much quicker.

What is your returns policy?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item.

Please first let us know by email at modocreations@gmail.com if you wish to return an item.

Our returns address is in the UK and must be returned to us in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase before we can refund or replace. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs on undamaged items.

If a refund is issued we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If the item is damaged or faulty we may wish to see photos before refunding or replacing.

We can only accept an item for return and/or authorise a replacement if notified within 30 days of receipt.

How long does postage take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of receipt (not including weekends) busy periods may be slightly longer.

You will receive your item within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer next day delivery.

What are the postage costs?

Postage is free in the USA.

Outside of the USA Postage costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on country.

Can I cancel an order?

If after placing an order you would like to cancel all, or part of it, please contact us at modocreations@gmail.com . Providing your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch, we will do everything possible to cancel and refund your order.

If your order has already been dispatched you can send the goods back to us in the UK at your expense. Please contact us to arrange returns.
